It’s that time of year again when Portraits Today Studios does its semi-annual Portraits in the Park sessions. As most of you know, pictures in the park has become one of our most popular events. Sign ups start today! So don’t dilly-dally. Once you know the day you would like give us a call at the studio so that we can get your appointment time reserved.
What
Portraits in the Park is an event where you reserve a time to meet Chris at one of our local parks here in Johnson County, Kansas. You need to arrive on time because appointments start on the half hour and end on the half hour. But what better way to get fun, spontaneous pictures of you and your family? The trees will be budding. The flowers will be blooming. There won’t be any rain. (We hope!)

This year we will be meeting at one of two different Kansas City area parks.
April 26, 2014 – Antioch Park in Merriam, Kansas
Yes! This is our favorite park and judging by how popular this park is with our customers, it’s yours, too.
May 3, 2014 – Downtown Olathe
Wow! Have you seen the new fountains down there? Have you seen the great brick backgrounds? We’ve taken several families’ pictures down there and they turn out great. Plus, it’s close and convenient to many of our customers and parking is easy.

TO RESERVE YOUR TIME
Since this is a special event, we require the location fee of $35.00 per family to be paid at the time of your reservation. The fee is fully refundable up to one week before your session. It’s then 50% refundable up to 3 days before your event. Inside 3 days from your scheduled appointment we can only refund your fee if we can find another client for your time slot, but we’re happy to try.
This is a first come, first booked, outdoor portrait event. You must register by phone and pay your event deposit at the time of registration. Please do not register a time if you are not able to pay the $35.00 at the time of registration, as that has caused problems in the past.
PICTURE COSTS
Portraits Today Studios is known for our convenient portrait package pricing. Our regular pricing is in effect. The only additional cost for this Portraits in the Park event is the location fee paid at the time you make your reservation.
Keep in mind that our Late Spring special will be (1) 8×10′s, (2) 5×7′s and 16 wallets of 1 pose for just $19.95! In addition, 16×20′s will be offered at 25% off our regular pricing.
